CARRIÈRE DROUIN, Marie-Luce

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Marie-Luce Carrière Drouin on October 23, 2025, at the age of 101.  She was the wife of the late Raymond Drouin and the daughter of the late Eugène Carrière and of the late Eva Lagacé.

She leaves behind her children Serge (Kathryn), Francine and Daniel (Suzanne Lirette Drouin), her grandchildren Stéphanie (Tristan Andrew), Véronique-Étienne (Alain Brunette), Mark (Jenna Smiley), Mathieu-Alexandre (Patricia Fecteau), Jean-François and Isabelle (Maxime DeLaquis) as well as her great-grandchildren Xavier-Étienne, Séverine, Sasha, Kennedy and Bentley. She also leaves her sister Pauline Carrière, many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.  She was predeceased by her baby Pierre, her six sisters and four brothers.

The funeral service, in the presence of the ashes, will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Saint-François de Sales Church, 799 Jacques-Cartier Street in Gatineau.  Family will receive condolences as of 10:30.

The family would like to warmly thank the staff of La Résidence La Gappe as well as the personnel of the Hull Hospital.
